It depends what type of college/major you're looking for. I suggest:

New York University
Ivy League
University of Virginia
University of Miami
Penn State
Williams College
Tufts University
Boston College
Boston University
CUNY - City University New York
University of North Carolina

I know you said east coast, but I also highly suggest you try out for University of Chicago, Northwestern University, University of Illinois-Urbana-Champaign, and University of Texas-Austin.
