yes, I think it happens sometimes and I think you should NOT let them. The truth always comes out.

Well you won't be able to see this because it's the 31st answer, but it doesn't much matter. Everyone tries to bring me down with their negativity, it's not necessarily something they do on purpose, it's just that it affects me more so that I think it affects other people. These days, I refuse to let them, yes. I have enough of my own stuff and there's enough craziness in the world, that if someone else is feeling crappy, I can't help but try to make them feel better, if for nothing else than my own sanity. Maybe that's selfish, but I dunno. I am happy when others are happy, I guess. I don't know if that's something I do for myself or others, really. It's just me.

I'm one of those people who usually miss it - when someone says something negative, it usually goes over my head and I ignore it. So I guess I would have to say I refuse to let them I guess.... because I just carry on with the conversation or what I am doing.

yes, and yes especially when i know that they are purposly trying to bring me down. I refuse to give in which only makes them even madder and when all is said and done i'm happier then i had been and they are the ones who are down..Isn't this a sick sick world?

Yes, people aren't happy unless they try to bring me down, try as they might it's going to take a lot more than that to bring me down.

There are some people who wish they could bring me down,but there is nothing any one could say or do to bring me down.I know who I am and what kind of person I am,So I don't worry about every one else or what they think.

Many times. Sometimes I let go pass me if I'm low on energy. I feel that I cannot control the way other people behave anyway.

unfortunately I have to deal with them especially my sister on occasions she loves to try to put me down and state that I'm just another dumb blonde but I have come to realize she's just jealous of me because I've been married to the same man for 17 years and he treats me well while she's been married twice and will be marrying number 3 next summer so she needs to take her misery out on someone and I'm the target!

well i do have an admirer who wont stop harassing me on my questions, and keeps reporting them, not to mention a couple of clones, and a sea of violations which are bound to result in yet another suspension...but im fine...could i use some help? yes, very much so.
