Yes.
Having a tubal ligation does not interfere with the production of hormones by the reproductive system. So the woman still menstruates, and 1/200 still get pregnant. They can also carry a baby to term if they decided to be a surrogate or have IVF. They still ovulate and can donate eggs or have them removed and donated or use them themselves.
Basically they are exactly like they were before the tubal except there is something in the way of sperm meeting egg.

Yes, because the uterus is still intact. The lining builds and sheds each month. The body does not realize that eggs can not come through the fallopian tubes. All the hormones are left alone.
The procedure only affects the structure of the reproductive system..

Only If She has ALL Her Sexual Organs, The Uterus is needed especially. And she would still need to be care full because after so many years those tubes can come untied, So many females are having their tubes burnt at both ends. This can be discussed with her OB/GYN Doctor.

i'm no longer sensible if a tubal being pregnant is attainable with tied tubes. the purely way a real being pregnant is attainable is that if the tubes were tied incorrectly. there's a ligament that runs alongside the fallopian tubes. Very hardly, this ligament is incorrect and tied truly of the tube. i'd bypass see a gynecologist and communicate any concerns. He might want to a minimum of inform you definitively if you're preg or starting up "the substitute".

Yes. After the procedure, you will experience your normal pattern of menstrual cycles. If you were using birth control pills and your periods were irregular before you started using them, you will again experience irregular patterns. As women age, their periods change in frequency, duration, and amount of bleeding. As you approach menopause (late 40s to 50s), expect cycle irregularity, whether or not you have had a tubal sterilization.
Rarely, a woman's menstrual cycle may change after sterilization with Essure.
hope usful
good luck
