Basketball definately! It is a GREAT team sport and helps you to become a better leader on and off the court. I absolutely LOVE basketball! I could not imagine my life if I didnt play! It is the best sport EVER!

i would play basketball. because soccer is boring all you do is kick a ball up and down the field, basketball on the other hand you can show your stuff off doing crossovers, dunks, three pointers. and basketball builds muscles in your legs, arms, and your whole body, and soccer on builds muscles in your legs. so i say BASKETBALL!!

Big time soccer, you need to be in good condition, soccer matches just have 3 substitutions, so ther is no change when you feel a little tired.
