Colston 869 yards 7 TD's he will win if he is over 100 yards which he will do.
Bush 410 receiving yards, 307 rushing yards, 1 interception, and 1 rushing TD, Does not deserve it.
Maroney 577 rushing yards 3 TD's, 143 receiving yards 1 TD, maybe but I think he wont
Other candidates are Joseph Addai, Santanio Holmes, Leon Washington, Maurice Jones-Drew, Matt Leinert, Vince Young, Greg Jennings

Rookie of the year......will be determined by the play of Colston and Maroney in these closing weeks of the regular season. Colston has had the better stats and exposure, however due to Colstons injury and the persistance of Maroney to show and tell when given the opportunity....it looks like a race to the finish. If Colstons injury sidelines him for an additional two games+.....IT'S OVER......Start the engraving for Maroney.....even if he returns next week...he would need a monster game because Maroney refuses to let up.....my nod is for Maroney ......which is tough to say for this NOLA BOY...

Marques Colston depending on Laurence Maroney's performance later on in the year. Colston is just going through everyone, Maroney is having a good start to his career. I think its Colston Clearly rite now.

Ya know that's gonna be real close this year. I would think it would go to a good teams great rookie. Such as Marques Colston or Lawrence Maroney your right on those. I think you can have a dark horse in AJ Hawk though he's done a lot for the pack. not a lot of other big standouts though. kinda depends on Colstons injury.

If Colston isnt out for to long then it will definetely be him. If he is, then yes Maroney has a good shot. I don't know what that other was thinking when he put Vernon Davis. I am a Niner fan and Davis has been out for the whole beginning of the year..and really can't catch up to Colston after that

the 2007 NFL Rookie of the Year will be Lawrence Maroney, DeAngelo Williams, Marques Colston or Vernon Davis.
the only problem with vernon and marques are that they have both been injured

If you mean the 2006 rookie of the year, I would go with Colston. 2007 is next season.

Marcus Colston
He was on the edge of not even being drafted to doing what he's doing. He came out of nowhere is on top of the league in wide reciever stats.
Another thing......disappointing year for:
Reggie Bush
Matt Lienart
Vince Young
Mario Williams
everyone thought that these were going to be the canidates for R.O.Y award but it's far from it.

I've never been a Reggie Bush fan until I saw what he can do.
He didn't impress me in the Rose Bowl, but this year playing for the Saints, I think he has what it takes to be Rookie of the Year.
