we need a skateing rink in abaco,bahamas,
why are people lazy in abaco,

Im from Nassau, and we donr even have a skating rink so dont feel bad....I dont think the people are lazy its just that because its not that developed over there or there aren't as much people nobody's gonna build on cuz they dont think they'll make any profit...but that was a good question though...

Because they are not legally allowed to. It is the law. There is a separation between law enforcement and the military. Only in times of national or state disaster can the military be used for civilian control. I would be pretty freaked out if I saw soldiers performing "martial" law. By the way, for those who do not agree with this law, look at other countries who use the military for law enforcement. It is scary to say the least. Our forefathers did not want the military to be used to keep civilians in control by government.

Sounds like something you need to ask your statesmen about. Here is Dallas, we've got huge ice skating rinks in malls!
