How do I get my orange belt in Millsberry?

Everytime I click on Sylvie nothing happens and it says to take a picture of her... but I can't.... please help me

You need to have a camera to capture a picture of Sylvie. Go to the Home Electronics Superstore and buy either a 'point and shoot' or a digital camera. DO NOT put the camera in your house - leave it in your 'holding' area.

With the camera in your 'holding' area go to Sylvane Lake while Sylvie is out and you should be able to get the picture you need.
