if you go to a physician he/she can write you a note on a prescription pad and excuse you from work for medical reasons. It sounds corny but some employers require this after so many sick days are used. I knew someone who worked at gateway who was ill and needed multiple sick days, she had to see the doctor each and every time, just to get a note, or she would have been terminated because only 8 were allowed per year wthout disciplinary action.

some companies what a doctor for sick time excuse. Some just want to know why you were out.

Realisticaly your doctor,hospital, dentist maybe a shrink if you see one. Or use an Obtuary and say you were at a funeral just walk in to smoes showing and get one of the little memorial cards that usually works.lol

if ur a college student go down to the school's doctors office tell them u dont feel good and u'll get a doctors note
