Use mameplus http://mameplus.emu-france.com/

CLICK THIS TO DOWNLOAD THE ZIPPED FILE: (MAME .110) http://mameplus.emu-france.com/download/mameplus_src-0.110-20061108.7z

Unzip it in your mame folder allowing it to overwrite and merge files as needed.

Make a short cut icon of the (Mame32 v.110) and put it where you would like to open the program from.

This program will allow you to just click on the available rom/game you have avaliable to play and starts it.
