I am a father of 3. 2 girls, one is a step and 1 boy. My step daughter was breast fed. When her mother had to go to work or i just had to babysit heres a couple of things i did. I would ask her to use a breast pump and pump your milk into a container. At first I would just use 100% breast milk. Then mix it the next day with half breast milk and babys milk.(of course the doctor will tell you which one is good for your baby). Then gradually keep putting more babys milk than breast milk.

Sometimes, it is better if someone else tries and feeds bub the bottle, cause she can still smell your milk. If you gradually introduce it, try when she is the most hungry. My husband had to give my son bottles first up and then he was fine, cause he realised that he could get milk both ways. Take Care

1. as others have stated have someone else feed it to her. Only becuase she smells your milk and obviously prefers it.

2. Make sure to warm up the milk. Your body naturally warms up your breast milk and it;s reassuring to baby.

3. Do it first thing in the morning when she's very hungry. Also don't get discouraged eventually when she's ready it'll happen.

Have someone else feed her a bottle, when you are not even in the house. She's smart, she'll be able to smell you, and know you have something warmer for her.

get her a bottle that is like the nipple, like dr. brown's bottles, they want something that covers the sides of their mouth so when you feed her make sure the bottle can touch her face. Gerber is like this too.
