i have another question i need to go down to 140 and i wieght 167 i need tips to loose weight wat should i do! help pleasez.

Walk 3 miles a day, drink plenty of water, No Sweets/Breads. You should reach your goal, Oh No Eating after 7pm if you do stay up 4 hours later. The more you work out this Increases your Metabolism causing you to eat which is good but you must eat RIGHT and Exercises. Take Care, This I have done since February of this year I was then 200 pounds now as of this day 11/21/2006 I am 168 slim/toned and all I did was WALK ALL SUMMER, It has been a bit hard to do now that it is cold I tend to get sick coming in from the cold so I may have to break down and get a treadmill for just the winter months. 4 easy words - that are hard to live by

eat less
exercise more

and the nastiest 4 letter word around = D I E T

but in truth, you do not need a diet, but a lifestyle change of eating better, cut third helpings (and seconds)
exercise 30 minutes a day (or walk) at least 5 days a week, 5 fruits and veggies every day

Hey! Im 140..Its ok..not the best thing in the world..somedays I wish I was 167 so be happy what you got...Lift some weights...and turn it into pure muscle..
