I had the same problem and i applied 5 times. I think jobs there are giving to friends of the people that work there. When you go in those stores they're all talking to each other like they've known each other for years.

One of the never ending things that seems to get you is the background check, financially and a degree or experince in marketing or retail sales helps. It seems like now days its difficult to get a job with an associate degree. Most places I apllied at want an Bachelors degree on any entry level job or if you know someone close to the person who does the hiring. Bad opr no credit will shoot you down a lot. That is on criteria I personally believe they should outlaw. I mean if you had a job you would be in a bad financial situation. Don't feel bad I tried 3 times.

they put you through a test that they score on your answers and how long it took you to answer each question. if you get the right score (basically answer what they want you to answer) then theyll call you back. your first interveiw they will ask you about 3 employees one stealing a soda, one money and the other a computer. the answer is you will fire each employee, even the one that stole the soda! then the second interveiw i never got to.
