If I’m driving in my car past a large puddle, is it better form to swerve toward the puddle to splash someone on the sidewalk, or should I act as if it was an accident?

Splashing someone on the sidewalk is not only evil but great fun. Either way is generally accepted form.
Here are a few tips: If you are driving a car with one of those fish symbols on the back you should most definitely swerve toward the puddle. Anything less would leave your intent in doubt. If you’re a Darwinist slowly nudge the car in the direction and look the other way, Darwinists are very keen on accidents.
PS: If you are the victim of such evil you should shout and look appropriately frumpish. Appreciating the evil gesture at the time will only discourage those wishing to ruin your day. Play nice, use the appropriate finger gesture to your culture and shout curses- carry towels.

The first rule of driving is safety. If you can avoid the puddle safely, then turn to avoid it. If you cannot avoid the puddle altogether, at least try to steer or slow down and steer in such a manner that you will avoid splashing any bystanders. In any case, if you slam on your brakes or turn your wheel, or worse, both at the same time, and the rest of the roadway is wet, you might find yourself in an uncontrolled skid and cause a collision with something or someone.
And certainly never drive toward a puddle just to splash someone. It's not nice and it's not safe.

If at all possible, try to avoid the puddle all together. How would you like it if someone splashed you, even if it was an accident?

if you swerve into oncoming traffic and there is an accident the accident will be your fault

tbh you may injury someones day because of the fact of that i had an examination and until now college i've got been given splashed, had to sit down in the process the examination in spakin moist outfits, it wa shorrible an i finished up failin the examination reason i could artwork suitable moist
