Just be there for her, she will need your help. Be positive. You main job is to be a friend that will support her no matter what.

encourage her to keep attending high school after the baby is born, and also encourage her to go to college.
at 15, you really haven't accomplished much to build a life for your baby. there's not much you can give your baby with barely a high school education.
other than that, be there for your friend and whatever you do, don't get on her about how she made a mistake of getting pregnant so young, i'm pretty sure that's not what she wants to hear right now, especially coming froma friend. that'll only make her push you away from her.
understand that your friend must be getting a lot of pressure from her family right now about her being pregnant.
take care.

help her get in touch with an adoption agency just so she has all of her options.
I placed my son for adoption 9 years ago and don't regret it.
Good Luck!
