I would have to say Naruto, Fruits Basket and InuYasha and just because I love everything about them, from the characters to the plot, those have got to be some of the best anime's out there and I seriously reccomend them!!!

That is not fair there are too many good anime's, but if i had to choose i would probably say "Trinity Blood", or "Bleach". Oh and chick that asked "What is anime" GET A LIFE or a brain whatever comes first.
