well if your not pregnant- its intestinal issues. i had that problem and thought i may be pregnant but i have an iud. it turns out i have irritable bowel syndrome

It's probably gas! When women are in their early stages of pregnancy, they often confuse gas with fetal movement. You generally don't feel fetal movement or "flutters" until you're about 18-26 weeks of pregnancy (especially if it's your first pregnancy).
