Believe it or not, I have always said that. The government is the reason that we don't get ahead, too many politician competing with each other. Instead of looking for the welfare of their country. I feel ashamed of both parties, I do vote, but I vote for the candidate not for a Republican or Democrat. Even though that still doesn't help much. But the little I try to do, makes me feel better. Great question, hope you get a lot of different answers.

as many times as i have voted....i have yet to see anyone do what they promised. Some have changed an ideal, but at what cost to another. How can a state rep change anything, if the Gov...in the big house....disapproves? The only they do is take the mess, from one room, and put it in the next....nothing is ever fixed...and nothing ever will be...as long as there are people willing to support the corruption. If you were a head of state or a politician, and someone says..."we'll give you $4 million dollars, to back out of this issue your trying to push....we will fix it later....so your words wont look bad to the American people" would you not....as long as the corruption goes on...i trust no leaders of the so called Free World...which isn't free at all.....

No, they will never realize this because they are afraid of the truth that will set them free.
When I mean truth, I mean the truth about 9/11.
You see, you can lead a horse to water, THE TRUTH, but this does not mean he will drink, ABOUT 9/11.
I have come to the point where my face is turning blue from over and over again trying to tell people that the Dems and Repubs dip their hands into the same cookie jar of, THE ILLUMINATI, THE CFR, THE BILDEBURGS, THE BOHENIEM GROVE, THE FRERMASONS, THE SKULL AND BONES.
The majority of them serve a god and it is not the God I serve.
Total control of the world is all they care about and they will maniulate whomever to get what they want, i.e. One World Government or Globalization or to have a Sustainable Earth with a Carrying Capacity to their liking.
It only took me until 2003 to really see the truth.
Hope you see it too and will do more research.

Its not so much politician vs. people, or dems vs. GOP, its more to do with the haves vs. the have-nots. Those with money and power control even our government, which, like it our not, is still the best in the world. Special interests, and the needs of a few determine the course of our country. Unfortunately, its all abotu money.

I don't think most Americans believe that it's a conflict between "warring" political parties. Since they feel the "conflict" in their wallets, it's a good assumption that Americans realize that politicians have failed them. That's why we had a "regime" change a few weeks ago in the house and senate.

couldn't agree more...unfortunately i think this has happened because of GWB....if only rudy g. would run independently in 2008 (i think he would make a fabulous president)...maybe he could do for the country what he did for NYC and turn things around...who knows....

I knew it...I knew it!!! Long before anyone else did. I belong to the political party BITTER. Vote out all incumbants...hate politicians. Don't bend over for anyone!!!
