i would like to fine a person that i haven't seen like in 30 years or so. where do i go to fine this person.

I imagine that unless you're a police officer or parking violations person, you would not have the right to fine anyone.

technically, police officers "fine" people by giving them tickets...you could "fine" your friend but she would not have to pay the ticket anyway....now i suggest you "find" your friend and while your at it crack those school books...this is a case of where proper English helps you out, its called good communication and now you can actually see that it works...it also works with math

Sence you have had time to of been to school with them try Classmates.com it will ask what year u gadeated in and try to find there current residence and #.
