Look for a job working anywhere in the medical profession. Even if all you do all day is give people forms to fill out, you'll make 5 times what you make now.

Get out of that silly non profit part time job!!

Yes I am! Regardless how much i get. Never enough!

Actually non-profit organization profits more than you do. So get out of there! Any full time job pays over $10 an hour will get you a check 4-5 times more than you get now.

I suggest don't spend the money you don't have yet before you get the job. When you get to the interview, ask the employer if full time is or will be guarateed. Options are out there, you gotta ask for it.

Don't be fooled there is big profits in non-profit companies. The problem for the employees is they work for people that are good at not showing a profit and keeping it for themselves.
Your not a underpaid employee you just decided to work for a under paying company. The main reason college graduates make more money than people that don't have college degrees is they just spent tens of thousands of dollars and they demand more. They have those school loans to pay off.
Dig deep. You know you can do and deserve better. Don't over look the big ads in the paper. Apply to employment websites such as ummm...... let me think, oh yeah! HotJobs! There is also a cheap knockoff called Monster something.
O.K. I just changed your life please give me some points.

Get into sales. If you want to make money you need to find a for-profit enterprise to work for. In sales you are paid for what you produce. The more you produce the more you make. And you will learn extremely valuable job skills. If you can sell you will never go without. And there are all kinds of sales jobs, so don't think you have to be a stereotypical pushy salesman type.

Get out of the non profit world...they pay stinks, they usually expect you to give 200 percent AND there is NO job security.

Run as fast as you can! I am!
