Dyskinesia refers to an impairment of voluntary movement. A lacerated tendon will cause you to lose movement in the hand depending on the tendon, tendon location, and what function the tendon performs. If it is a flexor tendon for example you will not be able to lift hand up.
If you have a lacerated tendon it needs to be repaired by a Physician
