I'm in a play where I am the stereo-typical punk. I have a fake nose ring and a fake lip ring. Should I use the nose ring, the lip ring, or both???

i think lip because thats whats come to mind more so but one thing you want to make sure you keep in mind, depending on the size of audience and distance, which would they be more likely to see... i think the lip but maybe try both... also see if your director has input. Good luck!

Do stereotypical punks have to have rings at all? Why not let your acting do that job for you? Stance, attitude, voice--these are your best acting tools. Punk isn't about costuming.

If you feel you have to have a prop for the part to attach to your anatomy, use the nose ring--it won't interfere with your voice if you have to speak or sing.

Break a leg! (the traditional actor's good-luck wish)

since it may be hard for the audience to see either piercing, why not have a chain going between the nose and lip ring?

properly Lip ring is the greater undemanding answer yet i think of a nostril ring could be fantastically, possibly even an eyebrow piercing. yet no offense the lip ring is quite performed out. i'm only asserting....
