What this sentence means:

In time, we Bollywoodised MTV and spun off clones in our own languages for who has better song and dance than us?

Here is the preceding sentence for your context:

Some 15 years ago, when MTV and KFC and their likes first came to India, there was a furore about how we would be corrupted by western song and overrun by fast food.

I'm pretty sure it means that you (India) modified the art forms and fast food coming in so that they fit more into your natural culture. In other words you used the ideas but on your own terms. I hope that helps.

I'm guessing this is a translation.

Anyway, basically, it is saying that MTV and KFC brought Western culture to India. Often, Westernization, the immigration of Western Ideas, is often met with resistance, for many wish to retain thier own culture. People from India were worried of losing thier authentic India culture to that of the fast food KFC and the Music of MTV. Howere, the later sentence says that India took a different spin, and made their own version of MTV, and MTV that features their music and dance in their own language.
