It's the day after Thanksgiving (hence the Friday part) and is usually full of crazed shoppers trying to get deals on stuff before Christmas rolls around. A lot of times people end up getting hurt trying to get good deals (hence the Black part).
*If you just shop online, you'll save yourself the hassle of driving to the mall, fighting the crowds and getting a black eye all so you can get a gift that'll be returned the day after Christmas.
