It seems they never realize the child is screaming. Its like a dog whistle... they can't hear the child screaming?

You can't discipline them any more so you just let them scream!!

Of course they hear it and they know everyone else does too. The kid is a brat and is always screaming at the top of his lungs and the parents decided to share it with everybody in Sears.
Honestly, they're just tired.

When my kids were small and acted out, in public I could bust their bu--. Nowadays parents never know who might decide to report them for being an abusive parent, whether it's true or not.

they are too busy looking at stuff. or they may let the kids scream in sears till they get tired so at home they wont scream.

Once you have a two year old you will understand, I never did either, now I try to contain mine and only drag him out when absolutely necessary but it never fails!!!

Cuzz we get threatened with arrest if we try to discipline them in public, by leftist finatics who have made it NOT OK to give a kid a well placed swat now & then.

i don't know. I guess they are immune to it by then. I think they should go outside until the kid calms down. It's not cute, it's rude! My husband and I have left stores/restauraunts @ times because it gets so annoying.

I suspect that's why the kid is screaming in the first place - because mom and/or dad tuned him out long ago. Makes you wonder why they had kid(s) in the first place, doesn't it?

due to cameras in stores parents dont want to discipline their kids the way they should.
