I already run a pretty consistent 6 minute mile, i just need to lower that time to 5 minutes in three months. Eventually, my goal is to run a sub 11 minute two mile. also, will squatting and leg pressing help my speed?

Work out daily, wear ankle weights 24/7. Also, try doing lifting. It will help. However, do less weights and more repetitions. This will help tone and strengthen your legs without making them bulky. It sounds like you are already very fit, but make sure to focus on your entire body, not just your legs. Build up your core with ab work and try to lift with your arms too.

You need to speed up your second lap. That is the lap that is really slowing you down as its a 1:55 time. It also sets the mindset for the last two laps. after the first lap you have to tell yourself not take a break because you are getting a good time in that lap. Keep going strong and you will see the last two laps speed up too because I find that once you get into a good pace it becomes easy to maintain it.

what you need to do is just run everyday to your fullest, or at least work your legs out in some way. Do stretches with them before you try the mile, get to bed on time the nite before, you know...the basics. Believe me, you can do it.
