PR = points+ rebounds+assits = Power Rating
Jordan - 41.6
West - 39.5
"Piston" - 33.8
Gervin - 33.6
Drexler - 32.1
D. Thompson - 30.1
H. Greer - 28.2
L. Hudson - 27.4
W. Free - 26.7
Goodrich - 26.5
W. Davis - 25.7
E. Monroe - 25.7
S. Jones - 25.1
It is so close I added an additional 3 players.
The Power Rating is a formula to settle arguments/discussions. It is an objective rating.
I usually don't rate active/current players.
If you people know anything about b-ball, you would know that the Big O was a point guard and not a shooting guard. He averaged almost 10 assists a game.

What's a shooting guard?
EDIT... "ssbballer", I was being sarcastic as "Brad NotPitt" got and you obviously did not.
BTW...It's actually called a '2 guard or "off guard", which I'm sure you probably already knew.
I do, however agree with your choice of the Big O as the best "shooting guard" ever!! I'll also add...
Jerry West
George Gervin
Pistol Pete Maravich
Michael Jordan
John Havlicek
Walt Frazier
Clyde Drexler

1. I think Oscar Robertson played Shooting Guard,
2. Michael Jordan
3. Kobe Bryant (no one likes him, but he's a scoring machine)
4. D. Wade
5. Reggie Miller
The reason I picked Oscar Robertson over MJ is because The Big O averaged a triple-double.
To Hoopsfan, a shooting guard is a player that can shoot well, is small, and can do ball-handling well. If you're a "Hoopsfan" shouldn't you know that? "Hoopsfan"?

LOL Hoopfan. That was a good one.
Best shooting guards:
MJ (obviously)
Ray Allen (smoothest shot ever)
Kobe
V. Carter (when he plays that position)
D. Wade
T. McGrady
Lebron (he lines up here sometimes too)
Reggie Miller (Mr. Clutch)
