Michael Richards is over. He is not as famous, and does not have as much money as Mel gibson. Also, with video circulating the internet more and more, there is no going back. He is clearly racist and no one can tell me otherwise.

i've got confidence mike richard's racist slur exchange into worse than Mel Gibson's. even nevertheless i exchange into by no skill partial to michael richards or the seinfield instruct, yet i think of what he did exchange into way out of line. If he exchange into racist while he suggested what he suggested 8 years in the past he exchange right into a racist from the beginning up. He ought to by no skill be seen on television lower back after what he performed!

Notice how there isn't even a QUARTER of the uproar over Kramer's comments as there was over Braveheart's...could it be because Gibson is a known Catholic, albeit a possibly extreme one?
Anti-Catholicism, the only remaining accepted prejudice in America.

It will be interesting to see if Richards gets as much bad press as Gibson did. --- And, keep in mind, Mel threw his tyraid in front of one person - the cop - no one else was around.
Richards did it in front of an audience on TV.
We shall see.

Michael Richards was a has-been when he got on the stage, and now he's a has-been that many people hate because he revealed he's a neanderthal.
whatever.
p.s. I would submit that anti-catholocism isn't the only remaining socially acceptable prejudice....so is making fun of obesity....

Probably not...If he hasn't said he was drunk by now it 's probably not coming.
I think it's a double standard due to the fact that rappers say the "N" word (No I don't use it!!) every other word!! And you hear all these little hip hop clowns refer to themselves as it again every other word...I have no problem with the fact that he snapped and called them something they probably refered to themselves as all day long anyway....It was the comment that precipitated it
"If it was 50 years ago you'd be hanging upside down with a fork in your a*s" That blew my mind...
Something like that just doesn't roll off your tongue unless you've thought about it before..That was unbelievably offensive and crossed every there was to cross in my mind!! The dudes career has been dead for years. So I can't even say he buried himself with that comment...But he sure let people know where his mind lies..He's racist no if's ands or buts about it.

Why do people get defensive about what they believe in? Just be who you are....you don't have to please everyone and be politically correct all the time.
