curl it in sections with a one inch curling iron, and curl it in a spiral do not wrap it around the barrel so the hair is curling under or over.... use spray gel before you curl to hold the curl better then hairspray when hair cools off to lock in the curl.....good luck

The second way is to get one of your celebrity obsessed friends and non-obsessed friends to help you out, so all of you can have a diva party. Make it fun in as many ways as possible and don't invite tomboys, of course! You should collect a collage of pictures of Vanessa Ann Hudgens'. After that, get your older sister, friend, or mom to help. It will be amusing and you can take lots of pictures before and afterward! Have fun and hopefully I helped!

Just either use a curling iron or braid your hair the night before so it's wavy. =]
