"hope you know that log(49)=2log(7)"

Thats what I didnt know and thats why my answer didnt match the multiple choice answers. THANKS!

e^(7-8x)=49
7-8x=log(49)
x=(7-2log(7))/8

hope you know that log(49)=2log(7)

e^(8x-7)=49
8x-7=ln(49)
8x=7+ln(49)
x=[7+ln(49)]/8
