A baby name is pretty personal. There are a couple of things you will need to avoid when choosing a name for your little girl. #1 - remember, 2nd graders are creative and cruel, if your daughters name rhymes with or sounds similar to anything risque she will be teased. #2 - Picking a very popular name (like Olivia, Payton, Madison, Grace, etc) will doom your daughter to a a school life with the dreaded last name letter (i.e. Grace L. and Grace S.) #3 - However, this does not suggest that you should choose something so outrageous that people either have a hard time spelling or pronouncing it. Remember, your daughter will enter Kindergarten and have to spell her own name. With these things in mind when you choose a name, remember there will be an equal amount of family members who love it and hate it. Inevitably the most lovely name that you have ever heard will remind someone of the nasty girl in 6th grade who picked her nose and ate it. What can you do? Are there any family names you can use? grandmother middle names, a favorite Aunt, etc? If not, I would suggest getting a baby name book and a highlighter. You have a couple of months left right? Then go over your highlighted names with a 2nd grader! Good Luck!!! By the way, I am partial to Natalie...

Cadence, Tallulah, Teagan, Riley, and Riku are my favorite girl names. I'm not sure if you'll like any of them, but a good website to find both girl and boy names is www.20000-names.com On that website you can type in things like female "A" names and so on throughout the entire alphabet.
