You have a long foreskin. No big deal. But you absolutely have to wash it out every day or you will wind up with a constant odor or an infection. Soap and water work just fine. Lots of guys follow this up with a creme called Man1 Man Oil. It contains several antibacterial vitamins and nutrients and helps keep the area extra, extra clean. Sounds like you had a fairly light circumcision - which means you have more foreskin left than a very "tight cut" one.
This has advantages for you - as you will find there are a LOT of sensitive nerve endings there and will provide more pleasure when masturbating or having penetrative sex.
Of course you might choose to have this extra skin removed - but I suggest you think long and hard (pun not intended!) before having it removed, as you WILL be removing very sensitive and pleasure-giving skin.
MANY people who are circumcised later in life bitterly regret it, luckily those who were circumcised before they had a chance to have some say in it, will never know what they are missing!

Sounds like a bad operation whereby not all of the foreskin was removed, or it was left in such a way that it didnt heal correctly, whatever the case I don't think its anything to worry about, go visit your doctor if you're worried buddy. Don't be shy, just have a joke about it.

Your doctor did not cut enough off, but be happy about that, some guys go through a lot of trouble to try and re-grow new forskin because it makes your penis more sesitive.

Youre probably not circumsized. Or you werent circumsized correctly. Google it. If youre not be thankful and research why, there are many benefits

You should have had your circumsizion done by a doctor instead
of trying to save money by letting aunt suzie do it. You may have
to pay a plastic surgeon now to straighten it out.

maybe because you have a loose circumcision and when you have a loose one it will not be tight unlike the other types of circumcision. if you do not like it go to the doctor and tell your parents so that you can be re-circumcised to have what you want.
