I'm a probation officer, and here in Indiana, juveniles can stay on probation as long as the court wants to order them to be on probation. It doesn't matter if they turn 18 or 21 while they are on probation. What's important is that they were under 18 when they committed their offense. As far as the court is concerned, the person is still legally a juvenile until he or she completes all his terms of probation or is unsuccessfully terminated from probation.
I can refuse to allow a juvenile probationer to move out of his/her parent's home even if the probationer has turned 18. I can also insist on the probationer following the established curfew even though he/she is over 18.
You really need to discuss these issues with your probation officer. The standards may be different for your state, or your officer might be more lenient or more strict.

In California, the juvenile court can keep you on probation until you are 21. However, it is possible to move out, but the PO and the court will want to know with whom and where in advance. It would be helpful if you can demonstrate a steady income. If the PO does not agree, you take it to court and ask the judge to decide. Even though you are 18, the court can still impose a curfew. Do you have a lawyer who can help you with this?

This is something you need to discuss with your probation officer. There are many different restrictions on moving while you are on probation / parole. Generally, if you are planning to move within the same city limits (and in some areas -- county limits), there may not be an issue as long as your probation officer is notified before hand.

It depends on your probation order. You can be on probation from a juvenile offence until you turn 21. They can request you stay.
If you can prove that you can make it on your own, your PO should allow it...and yeah, he will probably keep the 9 PM curfew.
Don't screw it up man, an adult record can twist your life up for a long, long time.
Take care and be good :P

Those are all questions you need to ask your PO, you can ask for a change in your probation, but in the end its up to the court, who by the way take what you PO says very seriously.

when you turn 18 unless your still in school you will no longer be on probation as your PO is only for juveniles also you can move out ...However like I said if your still in High school your parents are still responsible for you unless you drop out of High school and that is your choice..Best thing to do is talk to your PO
