Hello nathilsingayureeea261058,

Just do a google search of HTML Tags and check out all of the various web sites that give you various HTML codes and what they do.

The World Wide Web Consortium is an organization that tries to develop HTML standards I would recommend going to them and learning the best way to do it, rather than depending upon Microsoft or some other software maker telling you how you should do it. Check them out here.

You can also go to your local library and check out some web design books there for free. Good luck.

Good way to start is learn about HTML. HTML stands for the HyperText Markup Language. HTML code is the major language of the Internet's World Wide Web. Web sites and web pages are written in HTML code.

This is good site to learn HTML and web designing.
Good Luck !!

to learn web design you need several different type of skills:

1. Design skills - what looks good, use of color and also typography

2.HTML commands & coding skills

3. knowledge of web servers and IT in general

Without a good knowledge of this triple skills inventory, you are not a good webdesigner

You might be an IT hardware person, an HTML coder or an artist -but not a good webdesigner

You better off learning from the help files of the program you are going to use.
Every program is different, so it is important to make the right choice from the start and stick with it.
If you are going to use a program like FrontPage or Macromedia Dreamweaver, it will take you about a year before you start feeling like an expert with that program.
