It is most odd, but although I do not know of anyone like this personally, I have seen two different documentaries about unusual sexual dysfunction and both of them had a guy witjout a penis.
The TRULY interesting aspect was there was one other anomality with BOTH of these guys ither than the missing penis. BOTH of them had extra teeth - in once case a complete double set which somewhat distorted his face.
I do not know if whatever caused the missing penis somehow triggered extra teeth but is does seem a most curious co-incidence otherwise.
Incidentally 1 in 5.5 million men have two of them :)

I dont know of any personally, but there was an autobiographical book about a boy (a twin, IIRC) who was born with so little of his penis that the doctor recommended his parents have what was left removed and raise him as a girl. That seems to come close.
And FTR, despite having no penis and being raised as a girl all his life, he *knew* he was a boy for as long as he could remember having an identity at all.
I think it was called "As Nature Made Him," and everyone who said "woman" to this should go read it.

I've heard of it but never actually met anyone like that. And contrary to what the others on here say out of complete ignorance, being born without a penis does not make someone a woman.

Well, I'm not sure I can "technically" answer this, but...
I am a female to male transsexual. Which means to ME, I was born with a male brain, see myself as male, but was born into a female body..therefore no penis.
Yeah, it kinda sucks, I"m very envious of men in the fact that they can pee standing up and get erections and procreate. I can't do those things (well, I CAN pee standing up with special adaptive equipment). It bothers me, yes...but not enough for me to spend 10's of thousands of dollars on a surgery that is not all that functional nor asthetically pleasing.
Like I told a friend, "why get a "one size fits all" permanently attached when I could go to the store and get the "silicone sampler platter"?

No idea... but he's the unluckiest guy if ever he didnt have one and the penis is what biologically distinguishes a male from a female...I only know of small, medium and large ones and not the presence or absence of it.

Sorry, I don't know any men without penises.
For those who answered "women!"--no, there is more to being a man than having a penis, and more to being a woman than not having one.

Not one.
Know one.
Not an easy childhood - his parents chose to raise him as a girl.
In puberty, no breasts, no menses....
Only then 'he' found out he's all male inside.
(Testes instead of ovaries, no female parts, male chromosomes and male hormones.)
Now he lives as a man.

I do not know of anyone without one, but I doubt if it would be hard.
