Knew as in he cheated in the past but has stopped or he is still currently cheating?
If it's in the past, I believe that this is something that shouldn't come from you. It has to come from his mouth.
However, if it is still happening, then you need to tell your bestfriend about it. She has the right to know. Just prepare yourself for what may happen after.

dont be to hurry to tell her. probably what ull see about her husband and his husband gf is not like what u think. probably that another girl is just his friend, or maybe his siblings or cousin. wait until u have proove to show it to ur best friend. if u already sure that ur best friend husband is cheating and u get the proove such as pictures of both of them or see them often walk toghether in hotel or disco, u must tell ur best friends as soon as possible. coz she have rights to know this. but of course tell her with good way so she will not feel soo sad about it. goodluck

heck no! maybe hint or something but if you tell her and she doesnt believe you you're going to ruin your friendship. and if you tell her and she does believe you, if she leaves him its your fault, and if she doesnt there is always going to be tension between you guys.
