It is Cynical since it is a Greek word written ΚΥΝΙΚΟΣ.It is an adjective for someone who describes things as exactly are not presenting them better even if what he says is unpleasant.The root of the Greek word comes from the word ΚΥΝΑΣ which means dog

sinfully cynical. Synical. Mix in some sin then get cynical about it. Cynical is being doubtful and critical of something. I leave the sin part to your imagination. By the way, that's going in my new words dictionary.
