my hamsters sick!?

i dont know whats wrong with it but this happened to my last hamster and it died they have something growing out of there rear a big pink thing my hamsters biting it i dont know why then he crys and screams whats wrong??? how can i help???

It could have a bowel obstruction, or a hernia comming out of its rear. Hamsters also commonly get tumors. There isnt anything you can do about it except take it to a vet, and there isnt much they can do either.
