Hello, eBay Seller here. Just wondering if anyone out there is having problems selling on eBay lately. I have a good rating and I was selling strong for months, but now all of a sudden I couldn't sell a winter coat to a naked guy in Alaska! What is going on? I sell car parts (81-88 Monte SS LS CL) but lately none have sold, most don't even have bids anymore. Am I wasting my time and money?

First of all be sure you are not overcharging for shipping and handling. I notice a lot of sellers of late are doing that and their sales have gone down. Be reasonable on your shipping and state what it is or use the shipping calculator. Items with picture on the search do better I find. I don't know how many items you list at a time, but limit it to 5 to 10--that way if they don't sell you are not hit with a big seller fee all at once. Hang in there, some of my things will sell like crazy one time and next time, maybe none or just one. Good luck.

you need to know the market and what time of year is good to sell what type of merchandise.

and with christmas coming up (including other holidays) people are being frugal about what they buy and where they buy it from.
