If you mean scars on your face, just go to your drug store and they usually have a cream you can put on your scar that makes it smaller, that or when i got an 18 inch scar across my back my aunt bought me vitamin E tablets, and told me to simply break them and put the gel on my scar and it would go down and become smaller.

There are special make up that is a conciler and it helps hide scares or red marks. you could also try not using a sheer make up .
