Since gender/sex is not dependent upon genetics, there is always a 50/50 chance or 50% probability that the child will be one sex. Use that to narrow down the eye color chances for those questions.

a. not enough information- has nothing to do w/ eye color
b. make a punnet square
B b
B BB Bb
b Bb bb

so it would be 25% for both, because probability doesn't change from previous experiences

c. not enough info-nothing helps find out gender

d. same as c and a
