i meditate three times a day. 3 for religious purposes of course. But once a morning will do you good. At night, when you meditate before you go to bed and go to bed, you will be sooo calm in the morning.

practice empathy....look at those less fortunate and really try hard to imagine how they feel.
make a list of things you are grateful for every day...10 things... and they must be different each morning.
think what you could do for someone else, without getting found out, once each day.
