First do a prime factorization:
250 / 2 = 125
125 / 5 = 25
25 / 5 = 5
5 / 5 = 1

So 250 = 2 x 5 x 5 x 5

Now do all the combinations:
1 = 1
2 = 2
5 = 5
2 x 5 = 10
5 x 5 = 25
2 x 5 x 5 = 50
5 x 5 x 5 = 125
2 x 5 x 5 x 5 = 250

So the positive factors of 250 are:
1, 2, 5, 10, 25, 50, 125, 250

(Note: Technically -1, -2, -5, -10, -25, -50, -125 and -250 are factors too but I assume they only want positive factors.)
