Baseball. It's certainly not as high-paced or contact as other sports like basketball and football, but it is definitely a mental sport. There is no other sport in this world that requires faster thinking and reaction time. There are rules, but all of them make sense, as opposed to certain rules in other sports that, in my opinion, are there for absolutely no reason at all. Baseball is very dangerous, and more injuries occur in baseball than in any other sport, even contact sports. You have to be very strong both physically and mentally. I also think that even though many people find it slow-paced and boring, in those last few innings the time can be very drawn out, building adrenaline for people who are avid fans.
Of course, I like many other sports including football, basketball, golf, hockey, etc. and I am not by any means bashing any other sports at all, I just prefer baseball the best.
