I know a lot of divorced people and none are paying or receiving alimony. Do you have young children at home? Why doesn't your wife work? I'm sure the judge will want to know this information. I'm sure some men do pay alimony but it doesn't seem to be as common as it once was.

But if your ex does not fight for it you are in the home stretch. Also you might want to think about that if you have a 401K she will get half of that too! hey dont make this ugly. it will get expensive. if you throw dirt at her, she is going to fling back. ok she cheated on you. i know this is hard but you need to talk to her. when you look back 3 years from now, you will be pissed on the amount of money was spend. i am telling you that you will be a broke joke.
