"Most popular"? Caesars Palace/The Forum Shops probably has more visitors than any other hotel/casino...If it helps any, Caesars is also my favorite.
The Wynn makes the most money on gambling followed by The Venetian and Bellagio..

Caesar's Palace is often called the best gaming experience in Vegas. With good reason. It's huge, difficult to find your way around, and the place where the high rollers hang out.

I would have to agree, Caesars Palace. It is always the busiest, has tons of machines, and a variety of tables. I think MGM Grand would also be up there, along with the Venetian and Bellagio.

I love Caesar's Palace and have also had good luck at Bally's casino.
