Although I live in the Caribbean, we still observe the Thanksgiving meal.
My favorites dish is Turkey with Lobster stuffing's, Honey Glazed Ham ,side dishes of macaroni and cheese , Peas and rice, lots of cooked vegetables, seasoned lightly and a few drops of olive oil added..

For Desert: Guava Duff with rum/butter sauce, coconut, and pineapple pies.

Unlimited amounts of drinks, fruit, wine, water, sodas, etc

This year I think it will be the salad my mother-in-law is making and the Jello Salad. Normally I'm all about eating the traditional Thanksgiving foods, but I'm going to 3 traditional meals with different groups of family and the thought of it all makes me full right now.

The stuffing, that has been my favorite since I was a little girl. And just before it is done, my father will have me test eat it, before serving it. Something he has been doing since I was a little girl. I am going to be 26 soon, so I according to him Its been a tradition for 26 years, lol.

I will cook whatever else:)

Turkey - the white meat not dark. The dark meat has a lot of fat in it. The white, on the other hand, barely has any. Being a heart patient - it'll be good for me.
