No Sudafed is the only "safe" decongestant.

I honestly would watch what you ingest. Whatever you take in goes directly to your unborn child no matter how many weeks you are in. There are a lot of things you shouldn't take or should watch out for when you are pregnant especially the further along with the pregnancy you get.

I wouldn't take any chances with any things you especially have questions about. You don't know how much the baby would be getting even now.

Just a note...When you get further along, don't take anything or eat anything with red dye #40 in it. It could cause your baby to be still-born or cause major birth defects. A lot of people don't know this. I've read about it. I also have 2 kids so I know what I'm talking about with babies. Also watch caffeine intake. Just remember whatever you take will affect your child most likely in some way. Be careful.
