How can you search using the IE Address bar (best answer will be chosen)?

I used to type in keywords on the IE address bar now when I type it displays nothing. How can I fix it?

go to tools-> internet options -> advanced..
there should be "search options". you can figure it out from there.

type in a name (such as yahoo )
then hit the Ctrl key and the Enter key

if you know the name has a .org ... or .net (or some other ending) type in the name.org
then hit the Enter key

you have to go to a website like google or other search sites.
