Depends. If you want to download Sailor Moon clips, definitely go to this site.
http://www.sailormooncenter.net - They have direct downloads, torrents, and you can chose from the Japanese or English episodes. Well, the full episodes, not clips...
http://www.princessserenity.net also has Clips, along with Sailor Moon Pictures.
And you can also use Google Video for CardCaptors. I'm sure you're looking for the English, but there are some episodes to download. Just type "CardCaptors" in the Google Search Engine, but make sure its on "Video."
Also check http://www.animegalleries.net to see if the have pictures you may like.

But Here is the most GR8 website I found for Card Captor pics. video clips etc. they also have links on this website that connects you to other great media sources. here it is...

I also reccomend youtube. thought the graphics are a bit messed up, you should be able to wtach i think all of the cardcaprot Sakura episodes ( although I don't think you'd want to do that in 1 day)
