i use to get this all the time with the '98 version and I had dial up networking at that time. have not seen that about blank in years. but it seems i went to tools/internet options and manually reset to my.yahoo.com and it fixed it for awhile, i also had to make several late night calls to my ISP for help. again, have yet to see it with XP and cable high speed connection good luck. also rebooting worked sometimes but I had to cold boot to get er going.
